Mezzanine Floors

A mezzanine is a raised platform that is independent of a building structure and is supported by steel colums.  Mezzanine flooring can create additional floors of space for a variety of uses including storage space.  A steel structural mezzanine floor utilizes the over head space in your existing premises with minimum disruption.  A mezzanine floor can cope with many different applications from light to heavy storage.

Rack Supported Raised Storage Area

Pallet racking bays are used to support the various floor type surfaces. This is the most economical method of doubling your floor space as the racks surf a duel purpose, storing products in the rack whilst supporting an open area on top of it.

Catwalks provide efficient and safe access through out your racking or rack floors.

Floor Components

Wooden decking on floors consisting of 19mm interior ply board or 21mm interior ply board.  Sheets are machine screwed to the beams to assure stableness and even finish.

Steel Decking

Steel decking on floors consists of open steel planking or close steel planking. Steel planks are joined with clamps and plates to the beams to assure stableness and even finish. The open plank allows easy air flow and allows more light to the top floor.
